Who
is the Bianca Houston?
Bianca is the daughter of a tremendously
strong and independent female who seemed to always make
a way when there didn't
seem to be one; the granddaughter of a couragous and GOD-fearing
woman who rised above all trials and tribulations; the niece
of those who don't believe in giving up and aiming for the
stars; the cousin of those who believe in beauty as containing
the inner and outer most parts; the friend of those whom
carry unconditional love, respect, loyalty and trust. All
together Bianca is one hell of a dying breed! |

How
did you get started modeling?
It has been a dream of mine since an adolescent. I have
always been a performer by nature rather it be rapping, poetry,
dancing or acting, but it wasn't until recently (with some
motivation from friends) that I gained enough confidence to actively
pursue those dreams |

Is
modeling all that you thought it would be?
It's only been about two years now that
I've been in my active pursuit. I haven't really done enough to be able to judge
it as of yet. I will say that I've enjoyed all of the
positive feedback and insight up to this point. |

Why
do you feel that you that you have an advantage over other
models?
I
believe I have a very good look on as well as off camera. I
can attract a wide range of audiences being that my look is
versatile. Also, I possess that inner and outer beauty
that I mentioned previously. I'm all about my business
when I need to be, but for the most part I'm pretty much down
to earth, very sociable and easy to get along with. |

What
is your biggest claim to fame?
My biggest claim to fame (for now) will be
my skills (along with my beauty) which will be highlighted
in my upcoming
fim "Sister Moon" that I co-star in. |
What
is your most important goal for 2007? In life?
To begin to make my name a household name attached
to positive remarks, and to begin my road to wealth. In
life my biggest goal is to be happy and please GOD. |

Who
have been some of your main influences as a model and as
a person?
Of course a main influence as a model
would be Tyra Banks. I
appreciate her humility and honesty, as well as her professionalism. As
a person my main influences are GOD, my family and friends. Outside
of that would have to be Aaliyah, Angela Bassett, Patti Labelle
and Oprah (although there are many). |

What
kind of advise would you give someone starting out in the
business?
Patience is key with anything you do
in life. That along
with drive, passion, persistence AND NETWORKING will take
you far. The biggest thing is that you can't be afraid
of rejection. |
What
is the best thing about being a model?
Probably the attention. Who doesn't want to be looked
at like the most beautiful person on the planet? The
downside is that many people think you're this uppity intangible
person with lots of money...if they only knew |
Where
do you see yourself 10 years from now?
Happy. Wealthy. Retired. A
teacher/mentor/icon of the entertainment industry. |
